  1. Man you guys sound so different when you're not being compressed and crackled to death by xbox.

I hear you about living in the middle of nowhere - we didn't get Milk either. We did get Brokeback Mountain though back in the day, which impressed me.

You know I'm writing my Master's dissertation on Grey's right? And House. It's basically an excuse for me to rant, so I get where you're coming from.

I know what the Bechdel Rule is! Do I get a prize?

  2. Loved the podcast. Can you not atleast say what state you are in ? I don't watch much tv nor go to movies, but I still enjoy hearing what you guys (gals) have to say about "THE STATE of GAY ENTERTAINMENT". Keep up the good podcast. Question : Do you think Frances is gay in the Left 4 Dead video game ?

  3. Thanks for the comments, guys! No, no prize for you Han- sorry. And sure, we will say what state we are in, and answer the rest of any questions that come up. We are looking at focusing on Law and Order:SVU for the next podcast.

  6. Yes! I miss the 90s women (and early 2000s). But the tough ones were all scifi, and hasn't scifi sort of left the mainstream? The women of Xena, Buffy, Dark Angel, Farscape. Nice analysis and reflections.

  7. Okay, so randomly, but if you want to go so mainstream you'll basically develop a square character, you should definitely take apart the subtext of "Miss Congeniality 2". And don't give me that look-- it's got Sandra Bullock and is some of the gayest no-gay sh!t I've ever seen. Okay, give me that look, but keep it in mind :)
